Exporters of products manufactured either in Australia or overseas. Minimum Australian content rules apply, which is often critical for applicants from the Textile Clothing & Footwear sector.
Most services supplied outside Australia to non-residents are eligible. Though some are specifically excluded, such as special types of legal services.
Regulations define quite a large range of services supplied within Australia to overseas residents as being eligible for EMDG. This includes health care, education and training, film production and event management.
Tourist services supplied to overseas visitors, as defined in Regulations, are eligible.
